Yes, during family fitness class we get you working out with your child(ren).
During open gym we encourage you to join in and play with them. There are many obstacles that adults can try as well!
You should be aware that non of the equipment is soft. There are mats for landings but things aren’t padded like you might be use to.
You can bring your 5 year old, but you cannot leave them at the gym. You must also stay with them within the gym and not go sit away from them.
Indoor shoes, loose clothing, full reusable water bottle, good attitude and a sense of adventure!
