We’ve upgraded lots of our rigging — just like what you see on American Ninja Warrior! Plus, we’ve added a new, fully redesigned parkour area!
These exciting new features mean brand new challenges, fresh skills to learn, and tons of fun games to play!
At CTC, we’re all about creating an inclusive, welcoming, and fun environment. Learning to overcome obstacles — on the course and in life — helps kids and adults alike build confidence, resilience, and life skills.

Ninjas that are in 2 classes a week have free open gym.
Ninjas in 1 class a week get in free when they bring a friend*
All of the information about classes, ages, times are found in the link. If you are able to purchase, there is space in the class.
If classes have begun, please contact us for a proration code.
Clean, dry running shoes must be carried into the gym. At this time of the year, we do not make exceptions for wet/dirty shoes. Thank you.

Running an obstacle race? A Tough Mudder, a Spartan, or Mudmoiselle this year? Or maybe you want to be the first Canadian Ninja Warrior”?
We have classes designed to build your strength to conquer the obstacles, increase your stamina to last till the end of the course, and technical skills for each obstacle.
Our trainers focus on building your strength and increasing your mobility. Controlled movement and focus on form to help you take your obstacle training to the next level.
The use of obstacles to imitate an obstacle race…high intensity cardio to push you to your cardiovascular potential! Build your strength, increase your speed…commit…train…conquer!
Our HIIT class will have your metabolism in high gear even after your workout. We focus on using high intensity interval training, incorporating cardio, weights, and body movement. Fun class to help you push your limits!
All our classes can be modified to suit any fitness level. Do not think you have to be an OCR racer or experienced in any of the obstacles…this is about having fun while you work out and seeing that you can conquer any obstacle that is put in front of you! Our instructors are there to teach and encourage! If you’re a seasoned OCR athlete…don’t worry…they will push you too!!
We currently do not have an adult open gym time slot. But any age can come to our Saturday drop ins.
