BIRTHDAY PARTIES/RENTALS
Refunds will be issued with a $45 administrative cost deducted if cancellation happens outside of 2 weeks. If cancellation is inside of 2 weeks, 50% of the full cost will be refunded. If a private rental cancellation is within 72 hours of the rental, there will be no refund.
Our birthdays are for 2 hours in total. Depending on type and number of children, the party will be either the first 90 minutes on the obstacles and the last 30 mins in the party room. Or 75 minutes on the obstacles and the last 45 mins in the party room.
Currently, our open gym parties are held Saturdays at 11:45-1:45 and 1:45-3:45 and Sundays 2:00-4:00. Our private rentals can be Saturdays with a start time of 3:30 or 5:15 or Sundays with a start time of 3:30 or 5:15.
Parties need to be leaving the party room at the end time their time as other parties will be needing the space.

Pricing for rentals: Same as birthday parties, but if you’d like a longer time or have more than 20 people, please contact us to work out special pricing!

Each participant must be wearing clean, dry running shoes. They need to be put on once inside the gym.
Those walking around should also have dry shoes or slippers.
